液膜阻尼砂轮主轴运动系统建模
Study on modeling of grinding wheel spindle with squeeze film damps
【摘要】 根据达朗贝尔原理建立了带挤压液膜阻尼器的内圆磨床砂轮主轴动力学模型,并对其进行了无量纲处理以便于仿真研究和分析。
【Abstract】 Squeeze Film Damper has good vibration attenuation effect to grinding wheel spindle of hole grinding machine,but design parame ters of squeeze film damper have grea t effect to its vibration attenuatio n effect.If the parameters are not rea sonable it not only has vibration att enuation function but also causes a l ot of nonlinearity response.Optimum d esign parameters can be gained throu gh vibration attenuation effect sim-ulation of squeeze film damper.Kinetic model of grinding wheel spindle with squeeze film dampers that sim-ulation is need was established.
