高速电梯水平振动建模及动态响应分析
Modeling and Analyzing Lateral vibration for High-speed Elevators
【摘要】 建立了电梯水平振动的多自由度模型 ,并导出力和位移在系统局部坐标系和整体坐标系之间的转换关系 ,由此得到电梯水平振动的系统微分方程。讨论了电梯导轨的扰动模型 ,并得出电梯在导轨正弦、三角、脉冲和阶跃扰动下电梯的加速度响应。仿真结果表明导轨的阶跃扰动会引起较大的水平振动。
【Abstract】 At first,a dynamic model for the lateral vibration is proposed.Then the transition matrixes between the global coordinate system at the guide rail and the local coordinate system at the centroid are obtained.According to the transition matrixes,the differential equations of the elevator system are gotten.We also discuss the characteristics of the disturbance from the guide rail and the range of the natural frequency of the elevator lateral vibration.We find that the step disturbance is the worst case according to the system response gotten under different kinds of guide rail disturbance.
