并联机床工件位姿测量系统的研究
Study on the Position and Posture Measuring System of Workpiece on Parallel Kinematics Tool
【摘要】 在给出了并联机床的基本结构基础上,分析了并联机床工件定位和工件位姿测定的基本算法。并提出采用主从式控制系统实现并联机床的手动控制完成工件位姿测定,分析了控制系统的硬件结构和软件流程,此测量控制系统已成功用于七轴联动并联机床。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the configuration of parallel kinematics tool(PKT),the basic algorithm about the locating control of PMT is given.The authors put forward to realize manual operation control of PKT with master slave distributed CNC system,and outline the main hardware modules and software structure of the meosuring system.This system has been applied successfully to a seven axis PKT.
