航空机械装备失效分析专家系统应用研究
The Study of Application of Expert System To Failure Analysis of Aeronautical equipment
【摘要】 介绍了应用数据库与AI逻辑推理相结合 ,建立一个以材料、力学、设计、断裂分析等知识为依托的 ,综合典型失效案例和专家经验的失效分析专家系统。着重论述了系统的结构、功能设计和实现策略 ,阐明了获取和发现失效分析知识的有效方法和用于失效分析决策的不确定性推理模型 ,实现了相应的逻辑推理系统 ,并通过航空机械装备疲劳断裂失效模式应用实例 ,说明系统的有效性 ,为航空机械装备失效分析这一病态结构问题的解决 ,提供计算机化的方法和途径
【Abstract】 By combining AI Iogic reasoning and database technology,a failure analysis expert system based on typical aeronautical equipment failure cases and human analysis experience is introduced in this paper.such system requires the knowledge of metal material,mechanics,structure/component design,and facture analysis,etc.First the function and structure of the system are described,followed by the details in relational database management for failure case base,rule base and failure term dictionary.The knowledge discovery and acquisition methods for failure analysis rules are pointed out,and the practical useful uncertainty reasoning model for making failure analysis decisions is given.The effectiveness of the approcach has been proven through several application examples.
