新型复方戊二醛消毒剂生物效应研究

【摘要】 目的 :观察新型复方戊二醛消毒剂的微生物学效应和毒性。方法 :采用载体定量与定性实验法观察生物学效应 ,通过动物实验法进行毒理学评价。结果 :戊二醛含量为 75 0mg/L ,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用 10min ,对大肠杆菌作用 7min ,平均杀灭率 >99.9%;戊二醛含量为 2 0g/L ,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达到 10 0 %,作用 2 40min对医疗器械上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢可达到灭菌要求。毒理试验 ,小鼠经口给药LD50 >6 0 0 0mg/kg(体重 ) ,骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率与阴性对照无差别 ,对小鼠精子畸形发生率无影响。结论 :复方戊二醛消毒剂具有优良的杀灭微生物效果 ,在试验剂量下属于实际无毒 ,无致畸变和致突变作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:A new compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant consisting of glutaraldehyde,benzyl ammonium bromide surfactant,and anti-corrosive was studied.Its microbiological effect and toxicity were observed in laboratory.Methods:The quantitative and qualitative carrier test and toxic experiment were used in laboratory.Results:The results showed that the compound disinfectant containing glutaraldehyde 750?mg/L with 10 or 7?min contact time could kill more than 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,Escherichia coli and 20?g/L with 120?min contact time could kill 100% of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spore. The compound disinfectant containing glutaraldehyde 20?g/L with 240?min contact time could kill 100% of B.subtilis var.niger spore on medical instruments. Toxic experiment showed that the mouse LD 50 of oral glutaraldehyde was >6?000?mg/kg body weight.The rate of polychromatic erythrocytes with micronucleus induced by glutaraldehyde showed no difference from the negative control group and no influence on incidence of mouse sperm deformity was observed.Conclusion:The compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant is a substance with no actual toxicity,no mutagenic action.
