基于因特网的远程控制系统控制算法的研究
The Study of Control Algorithm in TCP/IP-based Tele-control System
【摘要】 以液压系统为被控对象,对在因特网环境下的远程控制系统提出了具有挑战性的研究。实验结果表明,当采用根据Smith补偿器原理进行设计的动态补偿器及恰当的时延预测算法时,可以使没有加入网络延时环节前就稳定的原系统,在加入网络后恢复稳定性,使采用因特网的机械运动的远程控制成为可能。但是由于网络传输环节的不确定性时延和采样信息处理器的数据报使用策略使传输后的控制信号发生变形,从而使系统存在稳态误差。在采用具有最佳参数库的模糊控制器对远程控制系统进行控制后,系统的控制品质得到了改善。
【Abstract】 This paper uses hydraulic system as object, submits a challenge research of telecontrol system based on Internet. The results of simulation and experiments show that adopting proper compensator structure and intelligent forecast arithmetic can solve the performance problem on hydraulic telecontrol system caused by Internetinduced time delays and its uncertainty during the control information transportation through Internet. This makes the feasibility of mechanical telecontrol through Internet. For the distortion of information caused by uncertain net delay and treatment of sampling information treater, the static error is induced. The fuzzy controller with optimal parameter library is applied and the performance is improved.
