【Abstract】 Software has played more and more important role in modern economy, thus customers have required qualified software with more strict standards. Unfortunately, status is not so satisfactory, while it is common to find damage and commercial lawsuit resulted from low software quality. What is more, some software even causes serious outcomes to customers. This paper surveys the current status of software quality and discusses the causes that impact software quality and also it puts forwards some practical methods to improve software quality.更多还原
