【摘要】 目的 以氯氮平为对照,探讨奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法 对60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,奎硫平研究组和氯氮平对照组各30例,于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6、8周末进行PANSS评分和TESS评价疗效。结果 奎硫平组和氯氮平组之间疗效无显著差异。在认知因子和阴性症状减分率方面,奎硫平组与氯氮平组有显著性差异。奎硫平组主要不良反应有轻度头昏、低血压、食欲减退等。结论 奎硫平是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物,特别是在改善认知功能和阴性症状方面有较好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To study the efficacy and safety of quetiapine in treating schizophrenia by using clozapine as a control. Method: 60 cases with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental (quetiapine) and controlled (clozapine) group. Each group had 30 cases. PANSS and TESS scales were used to measure effectiveness and safety before treatment and at the end of week 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8, respectively. Results: There were no significant differences in effectiveness between two groups. However, significant differences were found between two groups in the score reduce rates about cognitive factors and negative symptoms. The main side effects in quetiapine group were mild dizziness, hypotension and decreased food appetite etc. Conclusion: Quetiapine was effective and safe neuroleptics. Specifically, it had better clinical effect in improving cognitive functioning and negative symptoms.更多还原
