【摘要】 目的 分析服刑犯人心理因素、刑期对精神异常、服刑能力的影响。方法 回顾性调查21例心理因素组与35例生物学因素组刑期、入监至精神异常间隔时间、服刑能力对精神异常产生的影响。结果 刑期与两组犯人之间的关系无显著性差异,心理因素组犯人入监至精神异常间隔时间明显少于生物学因素组(t=2.13,P<0.05),心理因素组犯人产生精神症状后服刑能力与生物学因素组有非常显著性差异(t=2.82,P<0.01),心理因素组内刑期短犯人更早出现精神症状(x~2=4.56,P<0.05)。结论两组犯人在刑期相近情况下,在精神异常出现时间、服刑能力有明显不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore the effect of psychological factors and prison term on mental disorders and the ability to serve a sentence of criminals. Method: A retrospective analysis was conducted of 21 cases of the psychological factors group and 35 cases of biological factors group. Prison term, the interval before mental disorders in prison and the ability to sever a sentence of the criminals from the two groups were compared. Results: The interval before mental disorders of the psychological factors group was significantly less than that of the biological group(t=2. 13,P<0. 05).
