【摘要】 目前,对于降膜蒸发器的设计尚无专用软件,依靠自行编程结合手工计算进行设计,其过程繁琐而且难以保证精确性。针对降膜蒸发器设计的特点,我们以Delphi 5.0作为开发工具,开发了一个降膜蒸发器设计软件FRCD。通过该软件能得出降膜传热系数、温度等工艺参数,以及传热面积、管型及分布等结构参数。该软件具有良好的用户界面、人机对话功能和图形功能,易学易用。同时,软件内嵌物性数据库,用户可以扩充和修正物性,以满足特定要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is no special design software for falling film reboiler currently. Designing falling film reboiler is tough and inaccurate. A new software FRCD for falling film reboiler design is developed using Delphi 5.0. FRCD is an easy-to-use software with friendly interface. Using the experiment equation by NSPG of Tsinghua University, FRCD gives us accurate design results conveniently and quickly. One design example is given in the paper.更多还原
