【Abstract】 The experiment data of X-ray diffraction are analyzed by using factor analysis and cluster analysis in Statistical Program for Social Sciences(SPSS) . While determining the number of phase components, the diffraction lines can be classified, and the diffraction lines of each phase are also separated, which provides the reliable method for X-ray diffraction phase qualitative analysis.更多还原
