基于LabVIEW的水质COD在线快速分析系统
COD rapid on-line analysis apparatus based on virtual instrument platform
【摘要】 介绍新型基于电化学方法的三电极系统的研制。该系统实现了对COD的在线测量。通过加在电极上的基电流,可以产生出氢氧基氧化剂。电路能够检测电极上的氧化电流,从而采用测量电流的方法,计算污水中的可再生电流可测得其COD值。采用LabVIEW组建友好的人机界面,虚拟仪器技术的应用使系统具有强大的数据采集、存储、信号处理及数据转换的功能。自动测量范围修正功能实现对10~10000mg/L内的COD值的测量。
【Abstract】 This paper is centered on the development of new electrochemical method based on three electrodes system. It realizes online cod measure. By the action of an electrical current on an electrode, produces OH-radicals as the oxidizing agent. The circuit can detect the oxidation current variation at electrode. Thus, by means of an amperometric method the reproducible currents can be a-chieved to detect COD of sewage water. With the use of LabVIEW, it has an amity human-computer interface. With the use of Virtual Instrument technique, it make this system has a powerful function in data acquire, data save, signal processing, and data transition. The function of automatic modify measuring range allows the determination of COD values between 10 and l00000mg/L.
