【摘要】 介绍了Delphi 6.0/Windows平台下开发的非晶合金结构分析软件。它可以从X射线衍射获得的原始强度数据出发,经过强度的校正和归一化处理,计算出结构因子,进一步求出非晶合金的分布函数和结构参数。该软件界面友好、使用方便,可以对ДРАЖМ型θ-θ液态金属X射线衍射仪、D/max rB、D/max rC等多种X射线衍射仪的强度数据进行分析。通过对具体试验的分析验证了非晶合金结构分析软件的设计工作是严谨的、分析结果是准确的。相信它的应用可为非晶合金的结构分析工作提供有益的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Structural analysis software of amorphous alloy has been developed on Windows platform with the Delphi developing tool. With this software, the structure factor can be calculated by means of correcting and normalizing the intensity of X-ray diffraction, and further the distribution function and structural parameters of amorphous alloy can be gotten. This software has a friendly interface can be used to analyze diffraction intensity measured by liquid metals X-ray diffractometer with type of and other type of X-ray difiractometer, for example, the types of D/max rB, D/max rC, etc. It is proved that the design of the software is precise and the analyzed result is exact through application of the software. It is believed that application of structural analysis software will be very useful in analyzing structure of amorphous alloy.更多还原
