发酵过程动力学仿真研究
A kinetic simulation of L - leucine fermentation process
【摘要】 仿真技术具有安全、方便和高时效的特点,可以仿真出过程的可能状态,实现快速寻优,确定正确的实验方案。本文使用LabVIEW建立了基于发酵过程中菌种、基质和产物动力学关系的发酵过程仿真器。通过仿真,提出了使用TQ9806菌株进行L-亮氨酸发酵的优化实验方案。仿真结果和实验验证符合,大幅度提高了实验效率。
【Abstract】 Simulation is strong in safety and speediness. The optimization can be gotten from the simulations and select experiment plan can be decided. A simulator for fermentation process has been founded in this paper. The simulator is written in LabVTEW and based on the kinetics relation between strain, matrices and product. A optimize experimental program of L- leucine has been submitted from the simulation. Outcome from simulation conform to from the laboratory experiments. Conventional efficiency has been remarkably raised.
