一种新型80~400K高精度全自动绝热量热系统的建立

【摘要】 在80~400 K精密自动绝热量热装置的基础上,运用现代控制理论和计算机技术,采用美国安捷伦公司的数据采集控制仪表 AGILENT 34970A及配套模块,实现了对绝热量热实验全过程,包括电能引入、热平衡判据、温度测量、绝热控制、热容数据的计算和处理、结果显示和打印等全自动控制。该系统结构紧凑,性能稳定,操作方便。经用量热标准物质α-Al2O3检测,并与美国标准局数据比较,确证该系统测试热容的相对误差小于±0.35%。

【Abstract】 A fully automated adiabatic calorimeter controlled on line by a computer used for heat capacity measurements in the temperature range from 80 to 400 K was constructed. All of the calorimetric procedures, including energy input, temperature measurement and adiabatic control, were performed by the computer. The hardware of the calorimetric system consisted of Agilent 34970A Data Collection/Switch Unit and P4 computer. The software was developed under the environment of Visual C++ with the Windows Operation System according to modern controlling theory. The reliability of the calorimetric system was verified by measuring the heat capacities of the calorimetric standard material, a -Al2O3. The obtained data were compared with those of the former National Bureau of Standards( NBS) . The results of comparison indicated that the maximum deviation of the data obtained by this calorimetric instrument from those of NBS was within + 0.35 % .
