脱丙烷塔的操作优化

【摘要】 脱丙烷是乙烯生产过程中分离工段的一个工艺步骤,其目的是将C3和C4以上组分分离。某化工厂的双塔脱丙烷流程的进料量和进料组成的变化波动较大,若不及时改善双脱丙烷塔的操作条件,产品的质量和数量将受到很大的影响。本文应用HYSYS软件在对过程进行稳态、动态模拟分析的基础上,对不同的进料工况提出相应的最佳操作条件,其结果既可用于离线指导实际生产操作,保证装置的产品质量;也可为在线优化控制打下基础。

【Abstract】 Depropanization is a procedure in the separation section of ethylene production and its effect is to separate component C3 from component C4 and C4 above. The quality and quantity of products from column top and bottom will be influenced greatly because of the quite great fluctuation of the feed and its composition to the Depropanizators System, if the operating conditions keep unchanged. The process simulation software HYSYS is used to simulate the specific process of double depropanizators in an ethylene plant. On the basis of steady state and dynamic simulation and analysis, the optimum operational conditions are brought forward according to the changes of feed flow and composition. The research can be used as off-line guidance in the practical production to meet the quality control of the process,but also as basis for on-line optimization .
