【摘要】 江苏的经济发展、比较利益的存在和政府的自觉引导,构成了江苏城市化的动力体系。但是,这一动力体系机制还不完善,表现为“第一推动力”的质和量的统一、“推力”与“拉力”的一致、“看不见的手”与“看得见的手”的关系等问题,还没有得到全面妥善的解决。由此形成了江苏城市化滞后的现象。进一步推进江苏的城市化,在动力机制建构上,必须要有创新的目标和路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The economic development of Jiangsu, existence of comparative benefits and government’s guidance constitute the actuating mechanism of urbanization of Jiangsu. Nevertheless, it is not a perfect one since the problems as the unity of quality and quantity of "the first motive force" , the uniformity between "pushing force " and "drawing force" , the relationship between "invisible hand" am! "visible hand" haven’t been completely solved. Thus the globalization of Jiangsu is delayed. To improve further the urbanization of Jiangsu, we should aim at innovation and try innovative paths in the construction of the actuation mechanism.更多还原
