板坯连铸结晶器热流量分布的研究
STUDY OF HEAT FLUX DISTRIBUTION IN CONTINUOUS CASTING MOLD
【摘要】 利用结晶器拉漏预报的热电偶所测的结晶器铜板的温度,采用数值模拟方法对连铸结晶器壁的热流量进行了计算.详细给出不同工艺情况下,结晶器壁铜板温度及瞬时热流量的分布,并在此基础上对渣圈厚度进行了计算,详细分析了连铸工艺参数对结晶器铜板温度、瞬时热流量及渣圈厚度的影响.
【Abstract】 One mathematical model was used to calculate the local heat flux in mold by using the thermal-couple data of forecast leaking steel in mold. The temperature of copper plate and local heat flux of mold heat face were given under various operated conditions. Based on these calculations, the rim thickness of slag was calculated and the influenced factors on copper plate and local heat flux and rim thickness of slag were analyzed in detail.
