【摘要】通过分析消失模铸造充型过程的特点,提出了一种消失模铸造充型过程的计算模型,并用人工神经网络算法计算了充型过程中不同时刻液态金属-模样界面的位置,模拟计算结果与实际测试结果无论在充型形态还是充型时间上都符合得较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 An approach of modeling on the mold filling process for lost foam casting (LFC) was proposed according to the characteristics of LFC. Artificial neural network technique was applied to calculate the locations of metal front at time intervals. The results of simulations and experiments are consistent, both in filling pattern and sequence.更多还原
