有机染整废水化学需氧量的微波辐照法测定研究

【摘要】 研究了服装厂有机染整废水化学需氧量的微波辐照法快速测定,考察了微波功率、辐照时间、温度、压力、酸度及氯离子浓度等因素对CODcr测定结果的影响。与标准K2Cr2O7回流法比较,测定结果用F检验法及t-检验法分别进行检验,没有发现显著性差异。而本法样品处理时间由2h缩短为5min,大大提高了工作效率。对服装厂有机染整外排废水的水样,在300~1050mg/L质量浓度范围内,方法的相对偏差在-5 7%~0 9%之间,对CODcr值在300~500mg/L的标准水样方法的相对偏差在1 0~2 3%之间,测定标准样品时与标准值之间的相对偏差在1 0~1 6%之间,方法的加标回收率在108 3%~95 0%之间。方法操作简便、快速、成本低,样品测定既不受环境污染也不会对环境造成污染,适用服装厂大批量的染整废水样品常规控制分析。

【Abstract】 A new method for the measuring quickly of CODcr in organic coloring reagent wastewater for dyeing and triming cloth was studied by microwave radiation under pressure in a closed vessel in this paper.The power,radiation time,temperature,pressure of microwave,acidity of sample solution,and so on were optimized when the microwave radiation was used.The biggest allowable value of the concentratuon of Cl- was examined.Seven samples of organic coloring reagent wastewater for dyeing and triming cloth at difference time range were determinated and compared with the results obtained by the standard method.The radiation time was reduced to 5min from 2 hour using this method.There was no significant difference according to F-test and T-test.The precision of this method was better than 13% and the recoveries were from 950% to 1083%.The results were satisfactory.The advantages of this method were simple,time and labor saving and low cost.In addition,it did not pollute environment,and was appropriate for batch analysis and easy to popularige,etc..
