二苯胺法合成4-氨基二苯胺的工艺研究
Study on the Synthetic Technology of 4-Aminodiphenylamine from Diphenylamine
【摘要】 研究了由二苯胺为原料合成4-氨基二苯胺的工艺路线及影响因素,得出了最佳工艺条件:n(NaNO2)∶n(二苯胺)=1 1∶1,反应温度为20~25℃,反应时间为5h;n(对亚硝基二苯胺)∶n(Na2S·9H2O)=1∶2,反应温度为50~55℃,反应时间为4h,产品收率大于98%,纯度大于99%。该工艺避免了回收溶剂甲苯采用蒸馏的方法,减少了能耗,降低了成本。
【Abstract】 The influence of factors on synthesizing 4-aminodiphenylamine from diphenylamine was studied.The optimum reaction conditions were as follow:n(NaNO2)∶n(diphenylamine)=11∶1,reaction temperature 20~25℃,reaction time 5h;n(4-Nitrosodiphenylamine)∶n(Na2S·9H2O)=1∶2,reaction temperature 50~55℃,reaction time 4h.The yield was over 98% and the purity was over 99%.The process avoided using distillation methord to recover toluene which was used as solvent,decreasing energy consumption and lowering costs.
