TC11合金多弧离子镀表面改性层的组织及耐磨性研究
Structure and Wear Resistance of the Multi-Arc Ion Plated Coating on TC11 Alloy
【摘要】 为提高钛合金的表面耐磨性能 ,在TC11合金表面采用多弧离子镀技术进行表面处理。通过光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对镀层显微组织进行了分析 ,用X射线衍射方法测定了镀层中的物相 ,用能谱仪测定镀层中元素的含量 ,使用显微硬度计测定了镀层和基体的硬度。分析结果表明 ,TC11合金表面获得了致密、与基体结合良好的纳米级TiN/CrN复合镀层 ,显微硬度为 180 0HV0 0 2 5 ,改善了TC11合金基体的表面组织 ,耐磨性明显高于常规热处理的试件。
【Abstract】 The TiN/CrN coating was plated by multi-arc ion plating on surface of TC11 alloy work pieces.The surface appearance,microstructure and performance of TiN-CrN coating were investigated through metallographic microscope,SEM,XRD and micro-hardness tester.The results show that some compact and tightly united TiN/CrN films are obtained on the surface of TC11 alloy work pieces,and their hardness is above 1800HV0.025.The surface microstructure and the wear-resistance of TC11 alloy can be greatly improved with these films.
