【Abstract】 The ICV(Intercept Valve)shell for 600MW turbine unit is heavy and large.In order to meet its specifications of mechanical property and ensure hardness uniformity,a gas fired car bottom furnace of 3m×2 25m×5 5m with PLC controlled natural gas burner system has been researched and fabricated.The furnace is capable of holding the temperature difference in the working zone of the furnace within 12℃～18℃,it can automatically run in the heat treatment cycle.更多还原
