激光熔凝过程中低碳钢组织的形成及熔凝组织加热转变规律
Law of Microstructural Formation of Low Carbon Steel in Laser Melting Process and Heating Transformation of the Melted Microstructure
【摘要】 基于激光熔凝处理的一维热场模型和金相分析 ,研究了低碳钢在激光熔凝过程中的组织形成规律。使用Gleeble15 0 0型热力模拟机实现对激光熔凝处理试样不同保温时间的控温加热 ,研究了激光熔凝组织的加热转变规律。利用激光熔凝加后续热处理的方法在材料表面获得了细小等轴组织
【Abstract】 Based on the one dimensional heat transfer model of laser melting process and metallographic analysis,the law of microstructural formation of low carbon steel in the laser melting process was analyzed.The laser melted specimens were heated in different holding time by Gleeble 1500 test simulator.Heating transformation of the laser melted microstructure was discussed.The fine equiaxed grains were obtained by a two step process of laser surface melting and post heat treatment.
