时效处理对Zn-Al-Cu伪合金涂层硬度的影响
Effect of Aging Treatment on Coating Hardness of Zn-Al-Cu Pseudo-Alloy
【摘要】 采用连续喷涂和间歇喷涂两种工艺制备了Zn Al Cu伪合金涂层 ,并进行了时效处理。利用扫描电镜(SEM )、X射线衍射分析 (XRD)、能谱分析 (EDX)和硬度测试等手段 ,对涂层的性能进行了测试 ,分析研究了Zn Al Cu伪合金涂层硬度与时效温度和时效时间的关系 ,并探讨了强化机理。研究表明 ,一方面通过时效强化可使涂层硬度提高 ;另一方面则降低形变强化作用 ,使涂层硬度下降。其综合作用结果 ,可以使间歇涂层硬度提高 ,使连续喷涂涂层硬度降低
【Abstract】 The sample of Zn Al Cu pseudo alloy coating are prepared by continuous and intermittent spraying respectively and treated with aging treatment.The strengthening mechanism of Zn Al Cu pseudo alloy coating and relationship among hardness,aging temperature and time are studied by SEM,XRD,EDX and hardness test.The results show that aging treatment can increase its hardness of coating by aging strengthening,and hence decrease its hardness by reducing deformation strengthening.Consequently,aging treatment increases hardness of the intermittent spraying coating while decreases hardness of the continuous spraying coating.
