CuCoBeTiZr合金强化工艺与组织和性能研究
Strengthening Technology of CuCoBeTiZr Alloy and Its Microstructure and Pro perties
【摘要】 对CuCoBeTiZr合金进行了一系列的热处理强化工艺试验研究。研究表明 ,该合金经 970℃× 2h固溶+(35 %~ 4 5 % )的冷变形 +5 10℃× 3h时效处理后 ,合金在室温和高温 (42 7℃ )下 ,具有优良的综合性能 ,其硬度可达 2 78HV30、导电率 4 8%IACS、软化温度 5 6 0℃ ,能满足服役条件苛刻的汽轮发电机转子槽楔的使用要求 ,对于研究开发槽楔合金材料具有重要意义
【Abstract】 The strengthening technology of CuCoBeTi Zr alloy was researched by means of heat treatment and cold deformation.The resu lts show that some excellent properties of the alloy can be obtained after solut ion treatment at 970℃ for 2h and 35 % ~45% cold deformation then aged at 510℃ for 3h.Such as the hardness,electri c conductivity and softening temperature can achieve 278HV30,48%IACS and 560℃ re spectively.The mechanical and physical p roperties of the alloy can meet the tech nical requirement of slot wedge used in generator rotor.
