【摘要】 介绍了生产率达 70m/min的PC钢棒生产线的构成及其运行原理 ,以9mm的钢棒为例 ,给出系统运行的电气参数 ,并分析对比了该生产线热处理与其他同类生产线的吨电耗。经该线处理的PC钢棒产品的力学性能达到国标。结果表明本系统是高效率的 ,高质量的 ,高稳定性的PC钢棒生产线更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure and principle of a PC steel bar production line working at 70 meters per minute was introduced.When the PC steel bar diameter is 9mm and the electrical parameters of the system were also given.The product of the system has reached the national standard.After comparing the electrical consumption of this installation with that of the other one,the result showed that the system is a high efficiency,high quality,high stability PC steel bar production line.更多还原
