【Abstract】 The chemical composition,microstructure and loading condition of EQ1060 transmis sion output shaft were analyzed.The resu lts show that the cracking reason of the output shaft was due to the inappropria te anti-carburizing in the screw thread part which resulted in the increase of t he carbon content in this part,so it is easy to form some tiny cracks during que nching,and make it crack and rupture in the course of assembling and use.更多还原
