马氏体热强钢多弧离子镀表面改性层的组织分析

【摘要】 为了提高表面耐磨性能 ,在 1Cr11Ni2W 2MoV钢表面采用多弧离子镀技术进行表面处理。通过光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对镀层的显微组织进行了分析 ,并用X射线衍射方法测定了镀层中的物相。使用显微硬度计测定了镀层和基体的硬度。分析结果表明 ,经过多弧离子镀表面处理 ,1Cr11Ni2W 2MoV钢表面获得了致密、并与基体结合良好的TiN/CrN复合镀层 ,显微硬度为 110 0~ 140 0HV0 0 2 5 ,这极大地改善了1Cr11Ni2W 2MoV钢的表面耐磨性 ,使其耐磨性显著高于经常规热处理的试件。

【Abstract】 In this paper,th e TiN-CrN coating was plated by multi-arc ion plating on martensite heat resistan t steel 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV work pieces.The su rface appearance and the microstructure of the layers were observed under metall ographic microscope and SEM,the phases i n the films were determined by using XRD ,and the hardness of the layers was meas ured by a micro-hardness tester.The resu lts showed that the compact and tightly united TiN-CrN films were gained on the surface of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel work piec es.Their micro-hardness reach 1100~1400 HV0 025.Th ese films greatly improved the surface m icrostructure and the wear-resistance of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel.
