60Si2 Mn钢中(BF+A_R)显微组织的形成规律及其力学性能
Formation Law of the ( BF+A_R) Microstructure in Steel 60Si2Mn and Its Mechanical Properties
【摘要】 研究了 60Si2Mn钢经等温处理后的显微组织和力学性能。试验结果表明 ,钢中具有簇条状贝氏体铁素体 (BF)与其间的残留奥氏体 (AR)显微组织 ,可以获得良好的综合力学性能。 60Si2Mn钢经过 90 0℃奥氏体化后 ,在 380~ 4 2 0℃等温适当时间空冷到室温后 ,可以获得约 ( 80 %BF +2 0 %AR)的显微组织 ,其抗拉强度σb≈ 12 0 0MPa ,伸长率δ10 ≈ 2 5 %,并对其形成规律进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The microstructu r es and mechanical properties of 60Si2Mn steel after isothermal treatment have be en investigated in present paper.The res ults show that the combination of the cl ustered and strip-shaped bainitic ferrit e (BF) and retained austenite (A R) in 6 0Si2Mn steel is beneficial to the genera l mechanical properties.A microstructure with about 80%BF+20%A R in volume could be obtained by using the processing:bei ng austenited at 900℃,isothermally treat ed at 380~420℃ for proper time followed by cooling in air to room temperature.Th e tensile strength σ b and e longation δ 10 of this mat eri al could reach 1200MPa and 25%,respectiv ely.The mechanism of forming the microst ructure with (BF+A R) in steels has also been discussed.
