含铌微合金钢强韧化机理

【摘要】 对含Nb微合金钢 14MnNbq钢板进行了模拟控轧控冷试验。利用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜、力学性能试验等手段 ,对试验结果进行了分析和研究。证明该钢具有较好的强韧化综合性能 ,能满足大型桥梁用钢的技术要求 ,并指出了细晶强化是 14MnNbq钢的主要强韧化机制。

【Abstract】 A simulated cont rolled rolling and cooling for steel 14M nNbq was carried out in this paper.The r ole of the microalloyed element Nb and i ts carbonitride Nb(CN) in the process of deformation and their effects on micros tructures and mechanical properties of 1 4MnNbq steel was analyzed by means of op tical microscope,TEM and mechanical prop erty tester.The results show that the 14 MnNbq steel possesses high strength and toughness and can meet the technical req uirements of heavy bridge steel.Also it is pointed out that the fine-grain stren gthening is the primary mechanism of str engthening and toughening of 14MnNbq ste el.
