强电场奥氏体化对低碳钢淬火组织的影响
Effect of Austenization with an Electric Field on Microstructure of a Low Carbon Steel After Quenching
【摘要】 研究了电场奥氏体化对低碳钢的淬火组织的影响。在低碳钢奥氏体化过程中施加 2kV/cm的直流静电场 ,能增加奥氏体的稳定性 ,抑制随后冷却过程中奥氏体向珠光体的转变 ,从而造成冷却过程中CCT曲线右移、提高低碳钢的淬透性。
【Abstract】 In this paper the quenching microstructure of the low carbon steel in the austenization with the application of an electric field 20kV/cm between the specimen and a companion electrode of an electrostatic circuit is studied.The austenizing under the electric field can enhance the stability of the austenite and make the CCT curve move to the right.And the hardenability is improved as a result of the austenite pearlite phase transformation being inhibited.
