时效工艺对Cu-Co-Ni合金的磁学性能和GMR效应的影响
Effect of Aging Processes on Magnetic Properties and GMR of Cu-Co-Ni Alloys
【摘要】 对时效过程中Cu80Co15Ni5合金的磁学性能和巨磁电阻效应 (GMR)的变化规律进行了试验研究。通过理论计算讨论了合金中磁性颗粒的尺寸、数量等微结构参数随时效工艺的变化以及其对GMR效应的影响规律 ,并进一步研究了GMR效应随时效工艺变化的机理
【Abstract】 The effects of aging processes on the magnetic properties and giant magnetoresistance of Cu80Co15Ni5 alloy were investigated.By means of theoretic calculations,the structural parameters such as magnetic particle size and density were obtained and the dependence of structure parameters on GMR was discussed.Furthermore the machanism of GMR with aging processes was studied.
