不同磷源在玉米根际的形态转化及有效性研究
STUDY ON TRANSFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY OF DIFFERENT P IN RHIZOSPHERE OF MAIZE
【摘要】 采用盆栽试验和室内分析方法,在2种不同质地石灰性土壤中,研究玉米根际与非根际土壤无机磷的形态转化及其有效性。结果表明:在2种不同质地的土壤中,不同形态无机磷含量顺序为Ca10 P>O P>Ca8 P>Fe P>Al P>Ca2 P,其中Ca10 P占50%以上;在不施磷肥的情况下,玉米的磷素营养主要来自土壤中的Ca2 P和Ca8 P,其中Ca8 P起主要作用;施入不同磷源后,在玉米根际土壤中生成的Ca8 P、Ca2 P比非根际土壤高,而Al P、Fe P及O P则相反。
【Abstract】 Transformation and availability of inorganic P in maize rhizosphere soils and non\|rhizosphere soils for two different texture calcaeous soils were researched by methods of pot trails and indoor analysis. The results were as follows: the amounts of different inorganic P were in the order of Ca10P>O\|P>Ca8\|P>Fe\|P>Al\|P>Ca2\|P in two different texture tested soils, and Ca8\|P about over 50%. The nutrition of maize largely was from Ca2\|P and Ca8\|P, with later (Ca8\|P) is main part, under the no phosphate manure adding into the soils. The amounts of Ca2\|P and Ca8\|P in the rhizosphere soils were bigger than in non\|rhizosphere soils, however, Al\|P, Fe\|P and O\|P were reversed when phosphate manure was added into the soils.
