运用微卫星技术分析中国地方鸡品种的亲缘关系
THE GENETIC RELATIONSHIP ANALYSIS AMONG CHINESE NATIVE CHICKEN BREEDS BY MICROSATELLITES
【摘要】 利用7个微卫星标记对12个地方鸡品种的等位基因频率、平均基因杂合度、平均多态信息含量以及群体间的亲缘关系进行分析。结果表明:鹿苑鸡平均基因杂合度最高,为0.5929,遗传多样性最丰富;茶花鸡平均基因杂合度最低,为0.3514。各地方鸡品种模糊聚类结果显示:乌骨鸡与斗鸡先聚在一起,然后依次与狼山鸡、大骨鸡、萧山鸡、油鸡、鹿苑鸡5个兼用型地方鸡品种聚为一类;茶花鸡与藏鸡先聚在一起,然后与仙居鸡、白耳鸡2个蛋用型鸡品种聚为另一类;固始鸡自成一类。
【Abstract】 The polymorphism of 7 microsatellite loci in 12 Chinese native chicken breeds was analyzed. Mean hete\| rozygosities were calculated for 12 Chinese native chicken breeds and genetic relationships between these breeds were estimated. The dendrograms were obtained based on the matrix of fuzzy resemblance relation. The results showed that the mean heterozygosity of the Luyuan chicken was 0.5929, and that was the highest in 12 Chinese native chicken breeds. The mean heterozygosity of Chahua chicken was 0.3514, and that was the lowest. The result of matrix of fuzzy similarity relation indicated that there were some differences among 12 Chinese native chicken breeds. The fuzzy cluster analysis showed Silkies chicken, Game chicken, Langshan chicken, Dagu chicken, Xiaoshan chicken, Fatty chicken and Luyuan chicken, and Chahua chicken, Tibetan chicken, Xianju chicken, Baier chicken and Gushi chicken were clustered into different groups respectively.
