【摘要】 在盆栽条件下 ,以粳稻日本晴和籼稻扬稻 6号为材料 ,于开花后 2 d设剪壳、剪壳后套硫酸纸袋保湿透光、剪壳后套锡箔纸袋保湿挡光及不剪壳 4个处理 ,研究谷壳对糙米生长发育的影响。结果表明 :1剪壳处理的糙米千粒重显著低于不剪壳处理 ,随着糙米生长发育进程的推进 ,其差异增大 ;2剪壳后套硫酸纸袋处理的糙米千粒重显著高于剪壳处理、显著低于不剪壳处理 ,随着糙米生长发育进程的推进 ,其差异增大 ;3剪壳后套锡箔纸袋处理的糙米千粒重显著高于剪壳后套硫酸纸袋处理 ;4剪壳、剪壳后套硫酸纸袋、剪壳后套锡箔纸袋处理对粳稻日本晴糙米千粒重的影响大于籼稻扬稻 6号 ;5谷壳对粳稻日本晴糙米生长发育有明显的限制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pot experiment was carried out to investigate effect of hull on growth of brown rice, using Japonica cultivar Nipponbare and Indica cultivar Yangdao 6 as materials. Portion of hull was cut 2 days after flowering and 4 treatments were designed: cutting hull, cutting hull+covering transparent sulfuric acid paper, cutting hull+covering opaque silver paper, non cutting. Relative humidity inside sulfuric acid paper and silver paper could be well kept. The results were as follows: ① 1000 brown rice weight in cutting hull treatment was significantly lower than that of non cutting treatment and the difference between them became larger as grain grew. ② 1 000 brown rice weight in covering sulfuric acid paper treatment was higher than that in cutting hull treatment, but lower than that of non cutting treatment significantly, and the difference became more significant as grain grew. ③ 1 000 brown rice weight in covering silver paper treatment was much higher than that in covering sulfuric acid paper treatment. ④ 1 000 brown rice weight in Japonica cultivar Nipponbare was much more affected by cutting hull, covering sulfuric acid paper and silver paper than that in Indica cultivar Yangdao 6. ⑤ Growth of brown rice was significantly limited by hull in Japonica cultivar Nipponbare.更多还原
