播种期对“苏香粳2号”稻米淀粉粘滞性的影响
Effect of Sowing Date on Rice Amylum Viscosity of Japonica Rice Variety "Suxiangjing 2
【摘要】 以优质早熟晚粳稻"苏香粳2号"为材料,研究其在太湖地区不同播期条件下稻米淀粉粘滞性的变化特点。结果表明:稻米淀粉粘滞性在不同播期条件下发生了明显的变化,其中播期与热浆粘度呈开口向下的抛物线关系,从提高蒸煮食用品质考虑,苏香粳2号在太湖地区的适宜播期为5月20日左右,过早过迟播种均不利于蒸煮食用品质性状的最佳表达。
【Abstract】 Rice amylum viscosity of "Suxiangjing 2",cultivated variety with high quality in Taihu region,was measured by using a Rapid viscoanalyzer(RVA) to investigate the effect of sowing date on rice amylum viscosity.The results showed that rice amylum viscosity changed significantly with different sowing dates.There was negative conic relation between sowing date and hot viscosity.In order to improve cooking and eating quality of this variety,the optimum sowing date was May 20 in Taihu region,and earlier or delayed sowing would result in the dagradation of rice quality.
