昆虫病原线虫的室内感染活性及其所受温湿度的影响

【摘要】 室内测定了SteinernemaCarpocapsaeOhio线虫对8种常见害虫的感染活性以及不同温湿度条件对该线虫感染活性的影响。结果表明:该线虫对甜菜夜蛾、小菜蛾、小地老虎、蛴螬以及大蜡螟等害虫的感染活性较高,48h感染死亡率为83%~93%;环境温度为20~35℃时该线虫对大蜡螟幼虫的感染活性较高,但低温(15℃左右)条件下,通过提高线虫用量以及延长试虫感染时间也可达到预期的防治效果;砂土含水量为5%~15%(w/w)时该线虫的杀虫活性最高,随湿度降低线虫感染活性明显降低;以大蜡螟、棉铃虫和甜菜夜蛾幼虫为寄主培养该线虫可以获得较高的产量。

【Abstract】 Infectivity of Steinernema carpocapsae ohio to eight kinds of insect pests and influence of tempreture and humidity on it were evaluated under laboratory condition.Results showed that S.carpocapsae ohio had higher infectivity to Galleria mellonello,Pieris rapea,Spodoptera exigua,Agrotis ypsilon and Anolama exoleta than to other three kinds of insect pests,the mortality being 83%~93% after 48 h.Infectivity of this entomopathogenic nematode was the highest when temperature is 20 ℃~35 ℃.But under lower temperature of 15 ℃,by prolonging the infection time and increasing dosage,perfect infectivity could also be obtained.The favorable moisture of soil is 5%~15%.Using Galleria mellonello,Heliothis armigera and Spodoptera exigua as substrate to culture Steinernema carpocapsae,high nematode output would be.
