用于污水处理的计算机监控与数据采集系统
Development of Waste Water Treatment Experiment Platform for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Network
【摘要】 在现代污水处理技术中,实现基于模型的控制,以及基于网络的实时数据采集和监控是一项关键技术 应用于环境工程的污水处理计算机监控与数据采集系统,服务器端可以通过网络将控制模型下载至下位机,从而实现污水处理单元的在线监测和对实验室硬件的监控 采用水处理建模仿真技术和控制技术相结合,开发符合我国国情的智能控制系统软件 运行情况证明,该系统的实现策略具有很强的灵活性和可扩展性,对于实现污水处理过程计算机监控和实时数据采集有着一定的意义
【Abstract】 In the field of modern waste water treatment, control strategy based on simulation and computer control with online data acquisition are key factors A solution of waste water treatment supervisory control and data acquisition for environment teaching is discussed Through the network, host PC download the control model to target PC to actualize online data acquisition and operate hardware in laboratory At the same time, it researches the mechanism of waste water treatment process by combining the international latest simulation and control technique with the domestic technical characteristics A set of simulation and intelligent control system software has been exploited which matches the situation of our country The test result of system proves that the implementation strategy has good expandability and portability
