3S技术与鄱阳湖流域生态系统管理
3S Technology and Ecosystem Management of Poyang Lake Basin
【摘要】 3S技术是对遥感(RemoteSensing,简称RS)、地理信息系统(GeographicalInformationSystem,简称GIS)和全球定位系统(GlobalPositioningSystem,简称GPS)的合称。RS能动态地、周期性地获取地表信息,被广泛应用于各个领域,遥感数据是GIS的数据源,遥感数字影像可更新GIS中高程数据;GIS具有采集、存贮、管理、分析和描述整个或部分地球上与空间和地理分布有关数据的重要作用;GPS的作用表现为精确的定位能力和准确的定时和测速能力。鄱阳湖流域是指鄱阳湖及赣江、修水、信江、饶河和抚河等构成的完整流域,流域面积达162225km2,占江西省国土面积的97.2%。鄱阳湖是我国目前最大的淡水湖泊,是国家级自然保护区,且已被列入世界重要湿地名录。将3S技术应用于鄱阳湖流域生态系统管理,可以全面、快速、准确地获取各种生态环境与资源信息,并对它们进行有效的存贮管理和空间分析,实现对生态过程模拟仿真、发展预测,为管理提供科学依据;同时可大大节省人力、物力、财力,实现环境效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一。
【Abstract】 Remote Sensing(RS),Geographical Information System(GIS) and Global Positioning System(GPS) are together called as 3S technology.RS can atively and periodically gain surface information on the earth,and supply original data to GIS and renew its height data;GIS can receive,memorize,manage,analyze and describe regional or global data about spatial and geographical distribution;GPS has the ability of precisely positioning and exactly timing,and measuring speed.Poyang Lake Basin consists of Ganjiang,Xiushui,Xingjiang,Raohe and Fuhe.Its whole area is 162?225 square kilometer,which is 97.2 percent Jiangxi Province area.Poyang Lake now is the biggest fresh water lake in China,and is one of the nationprotected natural zones,and has been listed into the category of important wetlands in the world.If 3S technology is applied to ecosystem management of the basin,it can wholly,quickly and correctly gain various information about environment and resource,and effectively store,manage and synthetically analyze them,and realize simulation and management of the ecoprocess,and supply scientific basis for management.In addition,it can greatly spare manpower,material resources and financial power,and lead to the accordance on ecological interests,economic interests and social interests.
