【摘要】 粉石英SiO2含量高(98.7%～99.3%),Fe2O3含量低(0.03%～0.04%),价格约为人工石英粉的一半,用它和水玻璃配制的面层料涂片重量较轻(0.47～0.52g),铸件表面粗糙度Rz>40μm。经过对天然粉石英的淘洗工艺和颗粒组成的反复研究,做了大量的工艺试验,最后确定了一种性能较好的粉料。可使涂片重达到0.8g以上,铸件的粗糙度也得到了改善(Rz为13.9～24.65μm)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In natural powdery Quartz the content of SiO2 is high 98.7%～99.3%,but the content of Fe2O3 is low 0.03%～0.04%.Its price is a half of the price of artificial quartz powder.The smear of paint prepared with natural powdery quartz and water grass is lighter 0.47～0.52 g.The roughness of cast surface R2 is smaller than 40 μm.Through repeated research of elutration technology of natural powdery quartz and its grain composition and a lot of technological tests,a powdered material with better performance is obtained finally so as to make the weight of smear reach over 0.8 g and the plainness of cast surface improved(R2 is from 13.9 to 24.65 μm).更多还原
