N-烷基-ε-己内酰胺的合成及其在植物材料染色中的应用
Synthesis of Azacycloalkane and the Application in Staining Plant Material
【摘要】 ε_己内酰胺与溴代十二烷、溴代辛烷、溴代己烷在氢化钠的作用下 ,在四氢呋喃中进行反应 ,合成了 3种N_烷基_ε_己内酰胺 ,产率 5 5 %～ 67%。以番红、苯酚品红液等为染色剂 ,研究了N_烷基_ε_己内酰胺在多种植物材料染色过程中的助染作用。
【Abstract】 Reaction of ε_caprolacam with alkylating agents such as CH3(CH2)10CH2Br,CH3(CH2)4CH2Br and CH3(CH2)2CH2Br in the presence of NaH and THF gave azacycloalkane 2a,2b and 2c in 55%～67% yields.The application of 2a,2b and 2c in plant staining was studied.
