【Abstract】 Accuracy and fidelity of simulation are decided by whether simulation model is correct or not. Validation of simulation model is an effective means guaranteeing that simulation model is correct. Modern spectral estimation method overcomes the disadvantage of classical spectral estimation method by adopting reasonable hypothesis about behavior of data out of window. Modern spectral estimation method has the advantage of classical spectral estimation method. The basic principle of maximum entropy spectral estimation method and its application on validation of simulation model of an aircraft is emphatically introduced.
