【摘要】 合同网是一类重要的基于竞争机制的问题求解模型 ,它一般地不对竞争者范围进行限制 ,因此不能保证高的工作效率。工程设备招标活动是合同网模型的一类重要应用 ,但实践中的工程设备招标活动通常采用邀标为主的工作方式 ,邀标可以减少问题竞争者范围 ,提高工作效率。该文讨论基于邀标的合同网模型在工程设备招标中的应用问题 ,包括工程设备招标活动的业务流程 ,邀标群体的管理 ,计算机辅助工程设备招标系统的功能组成等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contract net is an important model for problem solving based on the competitive mechanism and it does not place any limits on competitors in general, therefore it does not ensure the high efficiency. The bidding activity for engineering and equipment is an important kind of applications of the contract net, but it usually uses the inviting bid manner in practice, and as known inviting bid manner can decrease the scope of competitors, make a distinct improvement to the efficiency. This paper discusses some application problems to bidding for engineering and equipment based on the inviting bid manner, including the business process of bidding activity, the management of inviting bid members, and the computer aided bidding system for engineering and equipment, etc.更多还原
