This paper intoduces a solution to wireless VPN based on the short message service in mobile net, and describes the fram of this solution and principle of the technique to realize. It specifies the user_defined application protocol which is named Application Data Transfer Protocol(ADPT), and showes the strategies to the information security and terminal authentication for the application system on the solution.
