【摘要】 本文介绍了农作物病虫害远程咨询服务系统的开发路线,系统的特点、结构和功能,系统的管理和使用。该系统包括作物病害、作物虫害、信息查询、网上调查、后台管理、访问统计等六个模块,目前包含200多种虫害和200多种病害虫害的有关信息。在讨论系统开发中存在的问题时,思想上应该有一个从“农业信息技术以技术为本”到“农业信息技术以信息为本”的转变,因此,建议在政策上加强对数据获取、采集、购买、加工,以及知识整理和提炼等方面的资助。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Web -database system for consultancy on crop pests is described in its development technology,structural and functional features,and its managerial and operational methods.Running over Windows 2000Server as the operational system and over MS SQL Server2000as the database supporting system,the application can provide information about 200insect pests and200crop diseases with other functions,such as client survey,system management,and access statistics.Following a discussion on problems existing in its development ,an argument raises that the concept of agro -applied information technology should be converted from″technology-central″to″information-central″in when the pertinent projects are planned,schemed and selected.In policy,a suggestion is to strengthen the investment in data acquisition,collection,purchase,and processing,and in knowledge compiling and forging.更多还原
