【摘要】 在分析了备件库存控制重要性的前提下,以ABC库存控制法和备件"3A"库存控制方法为基础,提出了备件ABCD库存控制方法。该库存控制方法以备件对生产状况影响程度、故障损耗规律和供应渠道的敏捷程度等为分类标准,对各类备件分别采取适当的控制策略,最终达到在使备件供应及时充足的前提下,备件库存占用资金最低的库存控制目标。最后,给出了某车身厂企业资源计划系统中该模块的软件实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the importance of spare parts’ inventory control, the spare parts’ ABCD inventory control method is proposed based on ABC inventory control theory and 3A inventory control method. The method classifies the spare parts according to their effects on productive condition, rules of fault and wasting, and agility of supply channels. Then the suitable control strategies are adopted for each class of spare parts in order to ensure the enough and timely spare parts’ supply, so the occupied fund of inventory is minimized. In the end, the software implementation of the method in an auto body factory’s ERP system is presented.更多还原
