产品概念设计自动综合求解与系统实现
Automatic Synthesis and System Implementation for Product Conceptual Design
【摘要】 运用键合图方法定义了基本元件,并提取其输入输出特征与能量传递和转换函数。研究了单输入单输出机械产品的概念设计自动求解。提出了目标驱动的逐段综合求解策略和基于模糊距离的方案评价方法,开发了相应的概念设计原型系统。结合面向对象和规则方法来表达设计知识,其中面向对象方法用来封装元件,形成元件类,规则则用来指导搜索过程。通过自动门驱动装置的设计实例,说明该方法适用于定常和非定常的设计要求。
【Abstract】 The basic components for design synthesis are defined with their input/output characteristics and energy functions by the bond graphs. An objective-driven piecewise reasoning strategy is proposed for single-input and single-output mechanical product’s conceptual design to derive the design concepts form both dynamic and static design specifications. A fuzzy distance-based method for evaluating the design concepts is also presented. Then a knowledge-based conceptual design prototype system is developed, where a hybrid representation scheme of object-oriented and rule-based paradigms is employed. The object-oriented technique is used to represent the basic components and the rule is used to direct the search process. In the end, a design example of auto gate’s drive system is given to provide an application.
