【摘要】 事物特性表描述了标准化和规范化的产品信息,可以方便地实现产品变型设计和下游过程的变型响应。本文基于计算机集成产品工程哲理与方法,以CAD系统SolidEdge为具体应用对象,研究了基于事物特性表进行产品变型设计的原理,并借助Excel的表处理功能建立了事物特性表,对SolidEdge的变量表功能进行了二次开发,还通过二者的集成,实现了产品变型设计的方法和过程。最后,通过应用实例,验证了方法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tabular layouts of article characteristics describe standardization and regularization information of product, and can expediently implement the product variant design and variant response of downstream process. According to the Computer Integrated Product Engineering (CIPE) philosophy and method, making the CAD system SolidEdge as application tool, the process of variant design based on tabular layouts of article characteristics principle is analyzed. A new method is presented to implement the variant design. Firstly, the method takes advantages of Excel’s table-process function to establish tabular layouts of article characteristics in it. Secondly, through redeveloping the variable table function of SolidEdge and integrating Excel with SolidEdge, the product’s variant design is implemented. Finally, an application example is given to verify the feasibility of the method.更多还原
