【Abstract】 It is a trend for enterprises to implement the Mass Customization to meet the customers’ demands and win the global competition. So it is necessary to do the manufacturing process reengineering, a highly risk. Flexibility is very important for advanced manufacturing systems, especially for the systems that implement the Mass Customization. Based on the flexibility analysis, an approach is proposed to do the manufacturing process reengineering for Mass Customization in this paper. A case study is also presented to show the application of the proposed approach.更多还原
